BEDFORD, PA - The Bedford County Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors recently hired Joel J. Black to the newly-created position of vice president, effective March 1.
Black graduated from the University of Pittsburgh at Johnstown, and is currently completing an MBA from Liberty University.
