State College, PA – Michael Babusci has joined Herbert, Rowland & Grubic, Inc. (HRG) as transportation practice area leader. In this role, he will oversee the delivery of all roadway, bridge, and traffic engineering services to clients in State College and throughout Pennsylvania, Ohio and West Virginia.
